For ePATHUSA Employees/Contractors: What You Need To Know

Your health and safety are our number one priority at this time. As the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic develops, ePATHUSA is continuing to monitor and adhere to CDC, WHO, and local guidelines on how to best prevent the infection and spread of the virus while maintaining essential business functions. We appreciate your patience and loyalty as we work to ensure and maintain a safe working environment during such a challenging period.

On-Site Infection Prevention

ePATHUSA has implemented the following preventive measures in line with CDC, WHO, and local guidelines:

  • Employee & Visitor Screening
  • Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Healthy Hygiene Practices
  • Physical Distancing
  • Cleaning/Disinfection
  • Flexible Scheduling
  • Early Reporting

Travel

All employees/contractors must notify and receive approval from ePATHUSA before traveling to client sites. If you receive approval to visit a client on-site, you must follow both ePATHUSA and client policies. In order to receive approval for on-site travel or meetings, the following steps must be taken:

  • Complete the ePATHUSA Health Questionnaire
  • ePATHUSA employees are to receive a copy of the client’s specific COVD-19 policies before visiting or working at the client site so that the employee is aware of all protective guidelines. All ePATHUSA employees must follow both client and ePATHUSA policies.
  • Send a copy of the client’s COVID-19 policy to your direct supervisor and the ePATHUSA Human Resources (HR).
  • If approved, the on-site client meeting must be added as an appointment to your calendar, which must contain the following information:
    • Company name
    • Site address
    • Name of person(s) meeting

If you have any other questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact HR at HR@epathusa.net.

Remote Work

We have established remote working for jobs that allow for it and created part-time shifts at our facilities in order to adhere to proper physical distancing guidelines. If you are experiencing any symptoms to COVID-19, have been diagnosed with COVID-19, or have reason to believe that you are at risk of contracting COVID-19 in your private environment, please return home and contact your healthcare provider. If you happen to be sent home, you can return to work after the following occurs:

  • You have not had a fever for at least three (3) days without taking medication to reduce fever during that time
  • Any COVID-19 symptoms have improved for at least three (3) consecutive days
  • At least fourteen (14) days have passed since the symptoms began
  • Employees must notify the HR before returning to work

Note that whether you are working on-site or remotely, you need to contact HR if you are experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19. For further information on what to do if you are sick, please visit the CDC for guidance.
